Built on the site of the former Marylebone police station, 1-9 Seymour Street is a prime example of a mixed-use scheme in the heart of London. During the construction process, 48,000 sq. ft. of new office spaces were created as the centrepiece of the new development.

A further 24 high-quality apartments were included in the upper levels of the development, as well as community spaces including a private school and restaurant.

This is a very technically challenging building with high and varied performance criteria, the multiple façade types is a key feature used to accentuate the different areas of use.

Wedged between two adjacent buildings, the two main façades face Seymour Street and Bryanston Street with an internal courtyard that separates the residential and commercial blocks.
