Also known as Woodcote Grove, this project is a redevelopment of historic offices in Epsom, Surrey, occupied by Atkins for over 60 years.
The new building, designed by Northmill Associates will provide three-storey offices with an internal gross area over 10,000 sq/m, comprising of state-of-the-art features like trapezoidal atrium, glass staircases and multi-space working hubs for multi-disciplinary design, engineering and project management teams.
The building has been awarded the BREEAM Excellent mark.
