Merrielands Crescent is a multi-award-winning development built
as a joint venture development between Clarion Housing and
Inland Homes on a disused ‘Ford’ Brownfield site.
It comprises 327 residential units and retail space with associated
off-street parking and soft landscaping with a prime location on the
fringes of the city.
Gladious Ltd was appointed to deliver metal cladding, copings,
pressed metalwork and curtain walling elements of the facade on
all 6 blocks of the scheme
